These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the All Diamond website at alldiamond.co.uk and any purchases you make from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
All Diamond Ltd ("All Diamond", "we", "us", "our") is a UK-based online jewellery retailer specialising in diamond and gemstone jewellery, including engagement rings, eternity rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. Our collections are designed in the UK, with our heritage rooted in London's Hatton Garden diamond quarter.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Our Products
2.1 Product Descriptions
We take great care to present our jewellery accurately on our website, including photography, descriptions, and specifications. However:
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device's screen settings.
All measurements (e.g. carat weights, ring dimensions) are approximate and may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to modify product specifications without notice, provided the quality and value are maintained.
2.2 Unique & Handcrafted Items
Many of our products are designed and manufactured by All Diamond and may not be available anywhere else. As jewellery is a handcrafted product, minor natural variations between items are to be expected and are not considered defects.
2.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a revised lead time, or a full refund.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 How to Order
Orders may be placed through our website at alldiamond.co.uk. By completing the checkout process and clicking to confirm your order, you are making a formal offer to purchase the selected item(s) at the stated price.
3.2 Order Confirmation
We will send you an automated order confirmation email upon receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we send you a separate dispatch confirmation email.
3.3 Our Right to Decline
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
Pricing errors on the website
Suspected fraudulent activity
Inability to verify payment
Items being out of stock
If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
3.4 Bespoke & Customised Orders
For bespoke commissions or customised jewellery (e.g. specific engravings, non-standard sizes), please contact us at help@alldiamond.co.uk before placing your order. Custom orders may be subject to additional lead times and different return conditions (see Section 7).
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices displayed on alldiamond.co.uk are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display and may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. All Diamond does not store your full card details on our servers.
4.3 Payment Security
Our checkout is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Our payment processors are PCI-DSS compliant. If you suspect any fraudulent use of your payment information, please contact your bank immediately and notify us at help@alldiamond.co.uk.
4.4 Currency & International Orders
For international customers, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion charges. We are not responsible for any such fees. The price you confirm at checkout in GBP is the amount we will charge.
5. Delivery & Dispatch
5.1 Free Worldwide Delivery
All Diamond offers free worldwide delivery on all orders. We are proud to ship our jewellery internationally and take great care in packaging each item securely.
5.2 Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, subject to stock availability and any customisation requirements. Estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page and at checkout. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you by email.
5.3 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method:
UK deliveries: typically 2–5 working days from dispatch
International deliveries: typically 5–14 working days, depending on destination and customs processing These are estimates only. All Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, third-party couriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
5.4 Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply.
5.5 Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Legal title passes to you once we have received full payment.5.6 Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country. All Diamond has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
6. Ring Sizing
6.1 Getting the Right Size
We understand that ring sizing can be challenging, particularly when purchasing as a surprise gift. We offer:

6.2 Ring Resizing Service
If you receive a ring that does not fit, we offer a ring resizing service. The standard cost for resizing is £49, though the exact price may vary depending on:
The amount of resizing required
The style and construction of the ring
Please note that some ring styles — including certain eternity ring designs — cannot be resized due to their construction. Where a ring is not resizable, we will inform you of this before you complete your purchase.
6.3 Resizing Process
To request a resize, please contact us at help@alldiamond.co.uk with your order number and the required size. We will provide instructions for returning the ring to us. Resizing typically takes 2–4 weeks. Return postage to us is at your expense; we will ship the resized ring back to you free of charge.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
7.1 Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing (email to help@alldiamond.co.uk) within 14 days of delivery.
7.2 Returning Goods
Once you have notified us of your cancellation:
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notification
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and documentation
You are responsible for the cost and safety of return postage — we strongly recommend using a tracked, insured service
All Diamond is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
7.3 Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components.
7.4 Exclusions from the Right to Return
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Bespoke or personalised jewellery made to your specifications (e.g. engraved items, custom orders)
Items that have been resized by All Diamond at your request (unless faulty)
Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items that have been worn
7.5 Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items subject to availability. Please contact us at help@alldiamond.co.uk to discuss your requirements. Exchange items must meet the same return conditions as above.
7.6 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Lifetime Guarantee
All Diamond offers a Lifetime Guarantee on all jewellery purchased from alldiamond.co.uk. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover:
Accidental damage, loss, or theft
Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches from everyday use)
Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or exposure to harsh chemicals
Damage caused by unauthorised repair or alteration by a third party
To make a claim under the Lifetime Guarantee, please contact help@alldiamond.co.uk with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may ask you to return the item for inspection. The guarantee is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on alldiamond.co.uk — including but not limited to text, images, photography, product designs, logos, and jewellery collections — is owned by or licensed to All Diamond Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our express written permission. You may share links to our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Use of Our Website
You agree to use alldiamond.co.uk only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
Use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest data from our website
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our website at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
All Diamond's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our website or products (e.g. loss of income, loss of opportunity).
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, postal disruptions, or government actions.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation are not affected by these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may refer it to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or the UK Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
